Bait and Switch Scam

I entered in to a contract with this company back in July. I am a design engineer and am very familiar with product design and patents. I was referred to this company by a friend, whose brother had come up with an idea and had been offered a buyout almost immediately. I was amazed that a company could place an invention that easily so I spoke with them. The person I spoke with, Eric Bouldin, Director of Innovation Group, seemed very informed and was a great salesman (he sent me his patents and who owned them). I signed on for nine months and was assigned Ken Wong as the project coordinator. Two months later I was reassigned to Serena Soo. This woman was rude and just wanted to get you off the phone. If I had known that Eric Bouldin was not going to be handling my project throughout, I would not have signed the contract. I believe this company baits you with well versed and trained cons to get you to sign, and then switches you to secretaries that type up fraudulent reports for you every month (or whenever they feel like it).in return for my $17,900, I received 5 monthly reports, and a binder with patent information (half of which was not applicable). The contract also called for presenting your idea at 3-4 tradeshows. I was told about 1 tradeshow, but was never given any information regarding the response, or whether it was even shown.in conclusion, this company is a fraud. It also claims that 95% of their clients would recommend their services at the end of the engagement. I was not even asked for my opinion.
