In late march we decided to put a4.6kw on ground solar panels to help defray costs on our all electric home. Somertyme llc out of reading, pa was to install the unit. Bryon somers owner of somertyme worked for infinergy wind and solar. When we told bryon we could not come up with the $25,000 till july we were informed that murray hambrick could get us authorized for a 6 month same as cash loan. The loan was thru enerbank usa a lyons financial company that murray had a few prior loans with. The first installment check was sent to murray on 4/7/10 and deposited on 4/8/10 into infinergy account for $12,500. We were first told by bryon that our job should move quickly and be installed by 6/15/10. We after several weeks i contacted bryon and was told all was still good but the racking system was on 5 weeks back order. Then in late may i was told it was still on backorder but my permit was going thru. I recieved the zoning permit on 6/5/10. On 6/15/10 was contacted by bryon to cancel the 2nd part of the loan and that he was no longer doing work for infinergy because he was not being paid for jobs done. We contacted murray who put all blame on bryon and gave us phone # of 2 people who would confirm his story. Upon calling them they both blamed murray and told me not to trust him that they were both getting the same parts runaround. We then called murray and demanded a refund of $12,500 so that we could go elsewhere. He first said that he couldn't because our racking system was miraculously in transit and he would have to return our parts. He told me he was owed $17,000 plus shipping. I got the name of his supplier solar solutions out of denver and talked to the salesman brett kelley who informed me my parts never left solar solutions and that story was a pack of lies. When we ask murray for the tracking # for our racking system he could not provide it. Since then lyons financial has helped me recoup $9455 of the money. On 10/8/10 i will have to repay the balance if i cannot get help. I have lost my last chance to have this system installed as due to the delay i have lost out on almost all the pa. Sunshine program $ that would have given me approximately $8000 back because the funds are drying up. I feel murray hambrick took our money and did not use it for our job. Bryon somers has sent me a copy of an email which he tried to get the money released on 6/12/10 but was refused. I am becoming very frustrated and running out of options.
