False Craigslist listing for rental property

I was looking for a rental property to move into and this listing claimed to be currently available, yet when i went to look at it was already being occupied. Someone had rented it three weeks ago, and were in mid remodel process... Along with the fact that the description posted on Craigslist was false, there is no dog run in the back yard.
They requested as soon as possible a $700 dollar deposit to be sent to the couple, who claimed to own and were relocated due to a government job with USAID. They wanted the deposit sent and then they would send the keys.
This is a Scam.
