Servpro guaranteed they would have my belongings packet out in 2 days. 4 days after I was burglarized and Servpro feels they have no commitment to my losses due to the fact my losses were higher than they expected. We reviewed my losses 30 minutes after the burglary and it appeared to be mostly money and jewelry. After further inspection my losses covered Jewelry, money and mostly tools. Servpro’s priority in this matter seems to be the fact they missed an appointment and I was angry.
