Work for servpro for 8 years

Servpro didnt care about there employes. They just cared about how much money. When work was slow i had to use my vacation days to make up for any hours lost. They said i lied about some things that was not true. They wanted me to take a4 dolla cut in pay after 8 years and these people go to church wheres the lolaty. Everbody makes mistakes they lie to customers everyday but they are still there i am talking about owners. I was on call for 8 years and only missed maybe twice i like servpro but not the way it is ran. We had 4 workers that made them money for can live comfortable and they did not care. They told us anybody can be replaced. The day i resingned they waws going to hire this person the same day he was there when i left. I am 56 and i wanted to retire there at servpro white house. I hope bill shook read this but propbably he wouldnot care since he doesnot know me.
