Failure to fix Tire leak - Tire Service

Today at 11 AM I put air (to 36 psi) in my Nissan truck tires because a warning light came on.By 4 PM, I noticed the sound of leaking air from the right rear tire so I took the vehicle to my local Monro shop in Findlay, Ohio... Only 4 miles away. Gary, the manager, inspected the tire and heard it leaking. He measured the air pressure and found it to be only 30 psi. That's a loss of 6 psi in 5 hours... Do the math! Even though I bought the tires from Monro this summer, including the road hazard warranty, Gary would not fix the tire. He had two other vehicles in the shop (and two workers) and didn't think he could get to mine before 5 PM (closing time). He offered to put air in the tire and told me to come back Monday morning. I told him that would put me at risk of being on the highway and having a flat until that time. I also questioned him about my road hazard warranty coverage, but he couldn't/wouldn't comment on my rights or obligations. This didn't seem to concern him very much. We're talking a 15 minute job and he wouldn't squeeze my vehicle in, thereby putting me at a real risk of being out and stranded. I didn't think much of his willingness to help me. After he fixes my tire, I doubt I'll patronize his business any more. It will be interesting to see if those two other vehicles that "had to be finished today" will be there come Monday morning!
