Epair man - sears gas range

There was a repair man here today that was very rude and did not know what he was doing. We are senior citizens and did not appreciate him running us down. I told him that he was not 75 either. He couldn't read the orfices and did not know what to do. I had to hunt up my papers because he had no clue what to do. I would not want him in my house again and think you should fire him as your repair man. -technician ld-0030254
