Late inbstallation

I requested a carport to make use of like a picnic shelter 6/25/10 understanding I had been having a sizable celebration on 7/10/10. I truly didn't believe it'd be thereby then but which was not a problem. It'd be there for upcoming events. I had been surprised and enthusiastic when Carolina Carports named 1 week later and stated it'd be installed 7/6/10. I'd to obtain excavators directly into search an amount place in my own lawn in a rush however it was worth the trouble to obtain anything completed over time for my party. On 7/5/10 Carolina Carports called and informed me that their truck had been involved in an accident and all the material was damaged and they would have to reschedule for 7/9/10. I thought so poor and questioned if anybody was hurt and was informed they did not have any info except the substance was broken. Okay so 7/9 could be reducing it near but we'd cope with it. Afterall, there is a collision and incidents occur. On 7/8/10, I received a call from C.C. Showing me that their vehicle smashed down in West Virginia [I reside in Pa] and shipping could be rescheduled for 7/13. Today Iam annoyed, I've got an excellent big dirty pit in my own lawn and 200 individuals arriving 2 times. I ask when they can't-get another vehicle or anything and that Iam informed all of the substance was broken also it all needs to return to New York. How can substance get broken whenever a vehicle stops working? Does this sound bad? Had they explained within the first-place that it'dnot be there till later in September, that would have already been good. I'dnot have experienced a pit dug-in my lawn. Just how much you wish to guess it's not going to be below about the 13th possibly? I'd never recomend the corporation to anybody. I'm really unhappy. I truly believe they explained it'd be below so quickly and so I did not stop my purchase. Exactly what a trouble!

P.S. I also needed to remove 2 times function to become below when it had been said to be shipped. I've the type of work that needs me to routine times off in advance.
