I paid cash for a pool in April and still dont have it. They wont return my calls

In april I went to Dr. Feelgoodes to buy a pool. The buying process was extremely simple. I thought everything was great. Well, Its June now. No pool, no money no return phone calls. When I get through to someone there they tell me they will call me back. They don't. The few times they did they told me they had no infirmation on when my pool would be installed. So, here my 8 year old daughter sits waiting for a swimming pool we dont know when we are getting. The excavator came last wed. To dig a hole for the pool, the installer was supposedly suppose to call to come the next day. It is now wed of the following week no phone calls just a BIG hole in my back yard. I am so frustrated with no one knowing anything at this company and I can't even get my money back.
