HSD This company doesn't honor it's promises

Homeshow Daily advertised that if you signed up to receive some bids from their contractors you could receive a mp3 player if you would just pay $4.99 for handling and processing. I did this and my credit card was billed $4.99 on 3/9/10. I waited the typical 8-10 weeks for delivery, but never received anything.

I have since contacted the company through their own website inquiring about the status of my order and despite the companys promise that all questions will receive a response within 48 hours I have never been contacted by them.

I have now waited for 16 weeks and still have not received anything from this company and I have also not been contacted by them with an explanation as to what is happening. I can't imagine the frustrations of their vendors and let alone other customers because they obviously have no intention of ever responding to me, they were just happy to take my money from me and then ignore me at every chance they have to make things right.

By the way they still have this promotion on their website so I would suggest not trusting them if you have considered doing this.
