Robert Lalonde, AKA Bob, hired me as a secretary for his business called Landoff Bobco Inc. I needed something part time and he said he could help me make some extra money. After I worked with him for a couple of months, he asked me to manage the bank account. I opened a business account with my name on the business card, thinking that i would have sole access to the account. He managed to steal the card and charge multiple items to it causing the account to go negative. He also managed to get my information to create Landoff Bobco Inc.in my name and address causing me to be the sole proprietor. He then vanished, stealing my laptop, and causing the bank to take lawful action against me for the negative bank account. I never authorized the transactions made, it seems that no businesses ever carded him to make sure it was his card, and when I tried to file a police report for the stolen card the police refused. So now I am stuck with debt that isn't mine and the bank trying to sue me. Even after I tried explaining the situation.
