Bretts roofing and siding scam artist, inexperienced, awful workmanship, incompetent wannabe contractor

After seeing an advertisement in the local Sevierville paper, My mother had this guy come out and give an estimate to fix our leaking roof. The written estimate she recieved was to "replace some panels and repair others" FOR $750.00.
He comes out, and in less than a half hour is "done". I am away on buisness and I realized He did not replace anything and upon later inspection all that was done was; he smeared sealant everywhere he thought it might be leaking. The first rain after that, it not only still leaks, but there are NEW LEAKS, so much so, my daughters bedroom has the drywall falling down.
So, she finally gets ahold of him, Ironically while I am away on buisness, he comes back out. He tells her she needs done exactly what the original estimate was for! EXCEPT this time it will cost $1800.00. She doesn't know how to respond to this, so she tells him I will get in touch with him very soon.
Now I can't get him on the phone to get my $750 back, watch out for this piece of S*t!
Just another wannabe moron with a buisness license and a magnetic sign on his pick-up.
