My dad bought a mobil home and he died worrying about all the charges they put on the house. Ripoff!

Oakwood is a rip off! And i urge anyone do not buy a home from these people. They are not fair and the will rip you off from the beginning.

My dad started with a $369.00 payment and now since he died i pay $500.00 a month because of insurance they would not accept. When my dad had it they kept him running around putting more and more insurance on the home and when it was time to pay the note he was out of money. So he got behind and they harrassed him bitterly and now they harrass me. He died going to get more insurance on the home.
