Doug Schifer
Unfinished work, poor work done, no invoice, charged way too much

I received his name from our realtor. He came to look at all the needed to be done to get my house to sell, and we made a big list. He told us on an amount, almost $1,200. Then we talked about a start date.
Once he started, everything done was done half-a*ed to get done quickly. He then demanded double the amount with-out even starting on half the stuff on our list; and with out even giving us an invoice breaking down what everything cost like we asked.
He ended up leaving things unfinished and not even started. He threatened legal action if not payed by the end of the day for what he did do. I kick myself for giving him ANY money.
Horrible, horrible.
