Very Poor Customer Service, Unwilling to repair property damage

A neighbor recently purchased and had a building delivered by Leonard. During the delivery one of the Drivers from Leonard backed his truck and trailer into my yard becoming stuck.in an effort to get the truck out they spun a 2' deep by 10' trench in my yard right over two waterlines. The same day I called the location it was delivered from and left a voice message expressing my concern for the property damage to my yard. NO one returned my call! After a visit to the store, the manager assured me the situation was being addresses by the District Mgr. The following day an employee from Leonard stopped by and with a shovel attempted to fix the trench which now is full of water probably due to leaking waterlines.

When confronted as to why this was such a feeble attempt to resolve the problem the employee gave me the name of the District Mgr and said this is what he was told to do. He was very unprofessional and rude. Thinking the District Mgr would have a better explanation and plan to fix the damage to my yard and waterlines I called him to no avail. I was told that he didn't really know how to resolve this damage and that since a public road had a 15' right of way on either side there was nothing he HAD to do to fix my yard! I informed him that I lived on a private gravel drive and there was NO right of way since it was PRVATE PROPERTY! He then told me he would contact the store Mgr of the location the building was delivered from and see what he had to say! What?!!! I was just referred to the DM to resolve this problem! How very frustrating to be given evasive answers ending with unresolved issues! What a total blow off from the Leonard Store Manager and a District Mgr who would not take responsibility for the actions of the their employees resulting in property damage. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever received from any company! I would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from this company and I will tell everyone I know what poor service Leonard's delivers! If the employees from your company are responsible for damaging property then have the decency to fix it!
