I am a new customer to Stamps.com. I rate them very high, indeed. I contacted customer service for advice on how to use their system. I spoke with Andrew, and he was wonderful! He was very patient with me, he told me what to do, step-by-step. I have used the service to mail packages, and it was a snap. The website is very user friendly. Relative to charges, etc., the website explained the charges very clearly. I read and understood all of the "fine print" before I bought the service. I have experienced no deviation from the original contact with Stamps.com. I did receive the free scale, which works fine, as well as the $5.00 free postage, which I used to mail the package. I also received the Welcome Kit, which included two coupons for $10.00 free postage, and several pages of mailing labels, stamp labels, etc. Stamps.com delivered everything they promised. I find their service very easy to use. It saves me a great deal of time and inconvenience in having to go to the Post Office. The one outstanding feature of Stamps.com is their customer service. I rate it five stars plus!
