Employees have drug and drinking problems

I have had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the employees hired by this company. His name is Jason and is a painter there. His boss I am sure is aware of his substance abuse problem and it seems to be fine with him. This man is in your home and is always drunk, yet he is painting in your home. I believe he also has a cocaine habit so I would be very caucious as to hiring this company to do any work in your home with this guy working for them. The owner is very aware and does not care as long as he gets a client. Check into them and dont go by what they say, I have seen it with my own eyes. All it takes is one individual to ruin your day and even your business.
