I requested door buttons out of this organization. They came months later, backordered, and far too little to suit the present (regular-sized) openings in my own doorway and so I needed to return them. They charged me A - 16% restocking charge that will be utilized simply to decrease the customer from returning items. They charged my charge card for that FREE delivery I'd certified for after I requested! Oh, the FREE delivery I'd TO COVER was significantly more than the price of the return delivery within the same container! Obviously I taken care of the return transport myself. I'd an overall total lack of 35% attempting to conduct business together. Never store with this specific organization by web since you will soon be cheated when you have to come back something for almost any cause. I'm likely to document a comsumer matters criticism next!
