Kevin Eanes Frankian Property Management does not pay homeowners the rent that was collected

I own a rental that Frankian Property Management is supposed to handle. My renter paid their rent and Frankian is not forwarding the money owed to me.
They have promised I could pick up my check on a particular day and then they aren't in the office. I have been by the office numerous times during their stated normal hours and nobody is ever there. I have left numerous messages and never get a phone call returned.
Kevin Eanes and Kevin Pogosyan are ripping off other homeowners too. I ran into some on my last trip. Apparently there may be up to 200 homeowners that Frankian owes money to. We need to ban together and forma class action lawsuit.
I even found out that my renter had a major water problem and could not get a hold of Frankian to get it fixed. Now there is mold in the unit. Over the time I have dealt with them, they have always been late paying my rents... I have to hassle them many times to get my money. They have made many false promises and I've been told outright lies.
