Eastern Iowa Construction outrageous labor charges exceed quote

Contractor replaced shingles (provided by customer) that had blown off in a storm. He quoted $100 for 20 minutes work by two men. That was reasonable. Received invoice for $170 for labor. Called office and JD could not give a reasonable explaination for increase other than "I guess we round up." JD, I'm told, is the invoice decision maker - and he guesses about invoices?! Unless you want him to guess about your invoice and mark it up 70%, I wouldn't do business with EIC.
