Benchmark is very evasive and fraudulent in performing warranty work

Benchmark roofing attempted to repair my roof under warranty by removing 125 concrete tiles from my patio. They claimed that they could not find a match. Ever since the initial repair to the roof, they have avoided all of my calls and flagrantly lie, when I actually get them on the phone. Clearly all of the employees have been versed on what to say to anyone asking for Carl. I have made over forty attempts to get Carl to perform, but after I googled his name, it seems I am not the only one he has deceived. Meanwhile I am left with most of the tile missing on my patio, and no way to make Carl do the job he is supposed to do..
