Driveways R Us Paving deposit never returned to do work

On 4/27 he entered into a contract to do paving work at my home, I was stupid enough to give him a deposit. As of today 5/22 he has not returned to do any work, and since finding a report about him on this web site I don't expect to see him any time soon.
I have found out via this web site that he and his father Asia Jr. Have a history of doing this scheme. Asia III was susposely sentenced to 6 months in jail Jan due to previous schemes of this nature, evidently someone let him out early or I wouldn't have met him. So much for our parole system.
