I purchased this Heritage house completely new in Delayed 2008 to displace the main one ruined by storm Ike. Almost instantly I came across structural issues. The surfaces have humps, the surfaces are bowed, the exterior is damaged, and today I've dark mold developing within the breaks (view pictures). The maker continues to be requested from the Texas Department of Property and Community Affairs (TDHCA) following all of three separate assessments to create repairs as well as fined them for inability to conform. Heritage has yet to solve these issues. They've utilized an unlicensed company that TDHCA claims created things worse. The manufacturer team they delivered lately attempted some repairs, however they did not last and also the close-up function they did was sloppier compared to the companyis. I truly don't think Heritage has any purpose to do the best point and that I don't think that TDHCA may impose its purchases. I' am presently seeking a lawyer to prosecute Heritage, but customer rights have now been gutted so poor in Arizona, that several lawyers care to handle somebody as large as Heritage, until it is a thousand dollar situation.
