Kirby Rep Inc., Scammed for $600, unauthorized charge placed on my card. They won't answer calls at all

Today when I logged onto my Wells Fargo bank statement, I found a charge for $604.50 from KIRBYREP BURBANK
So I google, and the only Kirby in Burbank is a small office/franchise clearly visible on Google's street view. I've been calling them all day, and their voicemail (heavy accent) is shady. This company authorized a charge for $604.50 without the "customer" (thief) having the physical card. I did go to Burbank Wendy's two days prior to this and that's the only business i have ever done in Burbank in a LONG time. I placed a claim with Wells Fargo and they are investigating.
