Nothing and they got my money

I provided a check for $1595 in January, they made promises they have not come close to fulfilling and they did Nothing! I tryed to followed up many times with out sucess and now they are gone. We have been doing everything to get refunded and have not been successful, nobody answer the phone and the person who we gave our papers told us that she si not working with them so she doesn't know nothing about our money, we asked for our refund since four weeks ago or more.
