I have not received goods bought and paid for, but I have received empty promises

I bought and paid for beds and box springs (Matching set) on Apri 11. They did not have the Box springs in stock but assured me they would be in in a week. One week led to two etc.

Andrew, the manager, told me that the box springs would be in on Friday May 7 or they would upgrade the box spring to a better quality one.

Friday arrived and I was told they would be in the store and available for pickup around noon on Saturday May 8. Arrived at noon, no box springs. I was told the truck bringing them would be around 3pm. Iarrived at 3pm, no box springs. I was newly advised they would be there in about 45 minutes. I told them I had to go to work but I would be in at store opening on Sundat May 9th

I arrived on Sunday and was told to back my truck up to the loading dock. Idid this only to find out they were the wrong boxsprings.

It was then decided they would deliver them on May 11. The truck arrived on time only to find out they had the original box spring on board and not the upgraded one as promised. I spoke to the store manager Andrew who assured me this would be corrected. The truck was supposed to return with the new box springs at 4pm and ofcourse it is well past 4pm and no truck.

I just called Andrew again, he assures me I will get a call from the truck before too long to again tell me the time they are coming. I don't believe that i will even see the truck again today.

I am writing this, knowing full well that eventually this will be resolved and I will be able to put this behind us, to let people know how badly BEDROOM DEPOT treats their customers. They have no problem lying to you. Be pepared to be treated like crap if you choose to deal with this company. I say NEVER AGAIN will I spend another cent in this store. Please don't put yourself through this experience, it is not worth the money I may have saved. Shop anywhere else
