Petersen Painting, Inc AKA Petersen Painting Idaho, Inc was establishe in Lehi Utah in the last few years they have had problems paying thier 941 employee taxes, for those who dont know what that means, on your paycheck when your taxex are deducted and supposed to be sent to the irs for your with holdings, Petersen and its owners keep this money and use it for their personal use. Meaning for the last 2 years they have taken over 500k in money from the irs and money they were supposed to pay for their employees behalf. They currently have judgements against them tax leins and have relocated a principal to Idaho so that they may operate out of a different state and not get their accounts levied.in the state of utah they are on a 5 year probation from the contractors board for having the tax leins and failing to maintain financial responsibility... Its hard times right now with finding a job but its almost like employees are having to pay petersen to work for them... They take 100-300 out of each check for taxes dont pay it but pocket the funds!!! Buliders use a different paint compnay and employees find an employer that you dont have to pay to work fo
