I hired him to place a pipe and secure it professionally on each side beneath the concrete road we have. He did incomplete work, placed a small caliber pipe and placed in the location that naturally will not drain the area where water collects. He did not come to followup as in warranty and threatened to sue if not paid for the lousy work he did. I warn regular people like me to be aware of him.
