Creeking floor everywhere

WE'D PERGO FLOORS FOR 6 DECADES (RED OAK) AND LATELY had an insurance reduction. The entire ground was changed again and we never had creeking before. Our specialist claims it'll disappear, but I doubt it today after scanning this additional mans criticism. I've approached pergo, but I will notice I'll need to consider this to a different degree. The quarter-round has become decorated and somebody is likely to be repairing this ground. The creek needs to go!
