Rude and unprofessional

I am not sure if it is common but Cooper Roofing just changed the roof on the building and a few months later it started leaking again. We called for an appointment which they changed on us three times, which is fine EXCEPT they never bother to call us and tell us. We waited and waited and then would call at the end of the day only to find out they said it will be tomorrow. This happened three times and when I called today after waiting all day again the lady was rude to me and hung up.

Although this is not a review of their work which may or may not be professional they certainly aren't being professional in their treatment of us for maintenance.
