Refind Furniture on Craigslist
"Blu, " Refind Furniture Sales Coordinator - items may be under her name only, not the company's Fradulent "online virtual company" that sells hazardous, unsanitary items and will not refund or remove items upon consumer request

I am posting this complaint about Refind Furniture (www.refinditfurniture.net) an "online virtual company" that deals exclusively through posting & selling their items on craigslist. Other craigslist buyers need to be aware of Refind Furnitures irresponsible and reprehensible business practices. I am not sure if there is a better way to post this publicly on this site, if so - somebody please notify me. My roommate and I purchased a couch from them last month that was infested with bed bugs and their eggs. Due to the freezing weather here in Philadelphia, the eggs didnt hatch until a few weeks later. Now our apartment is infested with bed bugs. This business refused to help remove the couch from our apartment or provide any kind of refund, even though our exterminator determined that the couch was the source of our infestation.
