May we contracted with Bruce Critchely to build our dream home! The home was finally finishes in September with mega cost over runs! When we and our lawyer analized our contract it was discovered that Bruce Critchley does not hold a general contractors license! We were under the impression that he did. But when we questioned him about his "management fee" is simply stated that he was trying to keep our costs down?
We found his and his employees work ethic very lacking. He would leave an older worker at our house to supposely work. He would sit around for a couple of hours, then tell us he needed some things from the hardware store, then disappear for the day, leaving everything a mess. Bruce was never on the job, or if he was it was when we were not around. If you are planinning to use this man to build your dream home, stop... Think twice!
