Harrasment Calls

I received a phone call from the kitchen specialist Scott Kress using a very negative and unprofessional tone demanding things from me that did not involve him. Mr. Kress made several calls to me after the initial call of me informing him not to call my phone with a matter that did not involve him or Kitchen World. Mr. Kress, as a representative of a business attempting to intimadate, threathen me on behalf of his friend. I mailed a complaint letter to the store manager Diane P. And was told that the owner would get in touch with me for resolution. I have not heard from the store or its owner. Kitchen World did not submit my change with the delivery guy.
