If you enjoy living with criminals and drug addicts this is the rental company for you! Even better, if you happen to be in one of the afore mentioned groups, they do ZERO background checking! You'll feel right at home if you enjoy having to step over glass and sleeping bums on your lawn to get to the front door. They won't reply to your housemates emails about having to live with thugs, or about their obligations to keep the heat running in the winter (until somebody threatens legal action). On probation? You're fine! Heroin addict? Come on in! Felon? Sure why not?!
