Bouchard Appliance & A/C Service Unlicensed and Fraudulent Behavior!

Classic scam artist. This guy claims to be licensed, bonded, and insured. His business address is a hotel, and his office # is the prepaid cell phone in his pocket!

Don't let him fool you w/his b.S. Story about years in business up north and in Orlando, how his wife died and he raised his 5 kids, etc. He's an outright fraud and crook.

"Repaired" three appliances for us, only it appears he never replaced the parts as claimed. Then we prepaid for a replacement appliance since what he "fixed" didn't work (surprise). Of course we never received the appliance or a refund, and now he will not accept our phone calls or return a call.

Had we not needed an immediate replacement, I would have done my homework on this guy up front and would have know that he's NOT LICENSED for ANYTHING. He is NOT licensed for A/C repair in FL or anywhere in the US for that matter.

Don't let him into your house and around your family! Of course, if you're looking for entertainment, he comes up w/plenty of stories about why your appliance isn't in.By his stories, you'd think he's a very very unlucky person! Too bad his lies aren't real. Checked w/the manufacturer and he never placed an order and is not a customer. He even pretended to be on a first name basis w/the manufacturer's customer service mgr.!
