Daugherty Pump and Drilling
Didn't provide reciept on payment

Made a payment for Daugherty Pump and Drilling Co. On 2/10 and didn't get a reciept. I called several times and spoke to Lowe Daugherty, I was given so many excuses that it was sent and could be a wrong address. A letter was sent with our mailing address on 2/10 along with the payment. On 3/16 I spoke to Lowe Daugherty and stated that he will be in Phelan town and meet him to provide me another reciept copy. As soon as he arrived, he specified that he waited 20 minutes for me, which I got really upset for him to lie. He specified that making me wait to get the reciept is because of us mailing the payment late. We asked his company so many times after the service was done, to sent us a statement to make sure how much we are paying, never recieved. Telling me how much on the phone is not acceptable. You should be provided with the service statement. As of today, 3/26, a reciept is not recieved.
