Approximately 3 weeks ago I was having issues with my comuter that I bought in May. The computer froze and would not do anything... Called tech support and the person asked if I had a warranty, I said yes the 1 year that comes with the product. He then asked me if I would be interested in the extended warranty where if anything happens, hard or software it would be covered. I explained to him that I was not in a position at this time to purchase one. He kept pushing and I asked him what part of I don't have any money don't you understand. He still keep on and I felt he was harassing me. Needless to say, I hung up on him did not get my issued resolved. A recovery was done and my computer worked great for about 3 weeks and now not only did it freeze up on me but it will not start up and says to contact the company it has no "BOOTMGR" and now the same issue is here again and I am afraid to contact the tech support due to their harassing nature
