Shotty built home and unsafe

Our house was built-in 2003 and 4 and was constructed without correct supervisions. My top was placed on incorrect, the radon excape tube was never mounted, and my house was never protected based on their very own rules. My surfaces are spliting aside from roofs, my floors squeak all over the place, nothing is level acording to some contractors knowledge. When i reported they waited before year was up to complete anything. And today they inform me its to overdue my year was up.
