Irresponsible/unresponsible flooring contractor

D May I shut on my townhouse. The ground company, Dave Paddock of Paddock Building, didn't finish the job in those days declaring he didn't possess the required sections. He delivered roughly per month later to set up leftover floor declaring he'd return in a few months to accomplish the job when the surfaces had stained. Soon afterwards he submitted a loan against my home for funds the contractor allegedly never compensated him (the contractor later declared bankruptcy). Dave was emphatic he might contact me to accomplish the job when he received payment. I then found out in February that in December Dave have been compensated simply afraid of $13k by my name insurance provider but he never named to set up conclusion of my surfaces. I called him. Provided setbacks and last-minute cancellations Dave eventually came 5/26/09 to focus on my surfaces.in the place of finishing the job and producing the required repairs (most of fingernails were appearing out of molding or molding had never been nailed in, numerous problems n / ill-installed edges and sections, panels which were cracked simply because they weren't mounted level, etc), Dave lost hours attempting to hide the harm about the panels requiring alternative. From the night his worker, today having invested substantial additional time covering-up a broken panel, stated it'd consider another 2 hours to displace the panel. I named Dave who assured me he'd remain behind his function and might return to substitute the cell easily was disappointed. While compelled to identify a period framework for his promise he mentioned six months. About 1-2 weeks later I named him and he required I send him your final listing of required function. I eventually sent him stated listing on 8/12/09. Many weeks passed and that I didn't notice from him. I started making him speech communications t / many contact telephone numbers where I really could be attained. After no reaction I named him on another personis telephone and he responded. Upon reading it had been me he explained "Do Not contact me anymore" and hungup. I'm shocked that somebody might behave such an unprofessional and reckless way. He never replied to my BBB problem.
