Crown honda
Not the Service I expected - normal maintainence

Not very happy everytime I leave Crown Honda Service area.
1. Left with low air in tires
2. Left without answers to my rubbing break problem
3. Car Dirty

4. Did not honor the service agreement when I bought the Truck (another Dealer sold it to me New)
5. Left feeling I was only trying to be sold services and not paying attention to the service I was getting.
6. Left thinking Our family owning 6 Hondas may start to think about changing models to another type of company because the service is very thin but expensive and woman are just pushed aside or coverup on the concerned about rubbing breaks on both Hondas. Sad Crown Has not done a very caring and complete service. Woman do know something about vehicles (US Army SSG Retired worked in the Motor Pool and coming from Detroit Car maintainance is learned as a kid. I know when I am getting a snow Job. Rather then fight it. I am truly thinking about changing to a differ make along with the rest of my family. Please do something about the service section before you loose us and others.
