I had ordered 2 wooden plaques in september from a craft show called apple harvest festival in winchester virginia. The guy seemed trusting but it is now christmas and i still have not received it. I email him back and forth and he says it was shipped. I ask for a tracking nuber. He cannot provide one. How can he be let into a craft show and have this happen
