Very bad service

I recently took a-8 month-old pressurewasher to northern tool to get done, the technician mentioned it nneded fresh seals and gaskets along with a piston, the manfacturer mentioned it was under waranty and all coated—comet pumps may be the manfacturer, they delivered northern tool all of the components liberated to fix it, after over per month, the technician named me and said our pressurewasher was set, i went straight over and picked it-up, northern device charged me $175.00 work for something that was covered under guarantee, i went ahead and paid it, i acquired home and found out the battery was useless, i subsequently charged it up and discovered it'd never been fixed! I named the working store-manager shannon-she laughed at me and hung on me! This really is on recording, i subsequently after 4 times was finally called back from the district director, i told him i'd many recorded telephone converstaions of his workers method within the incorrect, he said he didnt care and he'd not pay attention to my videos??? I intend on filing suit in 14 days if it has not been looked after.
