John love false promise of energy savings

We signed a contract with Love's Heating and Air, for a new heating and air unit, with the number one goal to lower our monthly electric bills. This was expressed to Mr. John Love over the phone, in email, and in person at contract signing. Mr. Love acknowledged and promised savings of "you should save 25-35%" in writing and in person at contract signing.
Once the system was installed, we waited two months for electric bills... Only to notice no savings. Once we called them about this, his company figured out the County inspection was never done so they had the system inspected 59 days after install. Once we complained of the no savings, the company sent a service tech to our house, only to find the system was not charged properly from the factory.
Nothing happened after that, the company told us to wait. We were unwilling to wait so we filed a complaint with the BBB and the Maryland Heating and Air board.in Love's response to these two agencies, John Love through his office staff Corrin Love proceeded to fabricated lies about the customer listed below:
~ bought a new pool heater (lie)
~ Pool Heater runs 24/7 (lie)
~ the customer was having working done which is their second response to waiting 59 days to call in the County Inspection. The first response was "we overlooked this" to the BBB. That story changed to "they were having work done" when we subsequently complained to the Maryland Heating and Air Board. (lie)
The company has avoided the issue which is the promise of energy savings that do not exist. The company is now relying on the BBB closing the case as unresolved which is a noted and a legit complaint that has resulted in a C - rating for this company. The company is also resting on the Maryland Heating and Air board finding that "none of their laws were broken and to file a civil suit"
We have filed a civil suit which will be served shortly on the agent, Mr. John Love. This is a decpetive sales practice and Mr. John Love is an unethical in his business dealings with us. He had no way to quantify the savings nor does he have a way to explain the no savings of his promise except to lie and fabricate stories about his customer which will be proved as lies in a court of law. We have witnesses and utility bills lined up to proved our case.
Ehtically challenged, lack of dispute resolution, poor customer service, hiding from the problem, and just deceptive.
We have requested our $8,200 back and the company has been non-responsive and has not tried to solve our problem. After our initial call and emails to Mr. John Love, he would not take further calls from my wife only to turn the matter over to service tech who was simply at our home to work on a separate matter of lack of charge on the new system from the factory.
They offered a $300 Home energy Analysis which showed our home was surpisingly 'tight' another reason to not have been sold this new system which was purchased to save money on our electric bills which has not happened.
Please stay away from this company - Mr. John Love is a liar and decpetive and deceitful business person in his dealings with us.
