I have been in the rehab and construction business for over 20 years. I have seen lots of strange things and dumps. But this is a first. This overpriced place is actually built around a single wide mobile home. A damn 2 story house was built on and around this mobile home. I've seen it all now.
I am constantly searching for homes to flip. I thought this might be a great deal at $189,000. What I saw instead was shocking.in my Professional opinion this place is UnRedeemable. It's a Total Tear Down! It is structurally unsound! And no bank in it's right mind would finance this place.
In good conscience I had to report this in hopes that some unsuspecting family doesn't get taken to the cleaners.
Gina Kasbergen the owner of this place at 15 Pollito Rd in Santa Fe should also realize that her lies will get her nowhere. I felt that she was completely dishonest regarding this property.
That place isn't worth the 2 acres it's sitting on.
