Terrible experience

Horrible experience! The corporation depends on nearby subs and it is just just like those they use. We caused 3 supervisors and 4 companies. The very first manager was a salesperson they created a building supervisor. He knew little of building. The very first company was ok but more worried about their own customers than Schumachers. He didn't monitor our home and several errors were created. Long story reduced, we've a summary of 2 pages of mistakes. It got longer than six months since the mistakes needed to be cut out and fixed, and due to the return of supervisors and companies. Nevertheless have issues and subs don't wish to return and produce great. I'd suggest that anybody attempting to develop look for a great regional company that'll view your building carefully. Your expertise really was bad but still poor. I am aware there have been others within the Lafayette region which are experiencing issues or experienced issues and might wish they're courageous enough to talk up. This may avoid additional from planning through the headache that people experienced.
