Henry Alanis Signed a binding contract, and was paid two thirds of the amount to remodel my kitchen and did not finish the job

Henry Alanis had a signed contract with me to remodel my kitchen in full within four to six weeks. It took him four months to get approximately half the job done. (windows in, painting and tile on floor.)

He was paid for two thirds of the job, and then disappeared. He left me to pay for my cabinets and all the final pieces to complete my kitchen.

He did not return phone calls or attempt to correct his unethical behavior in any way.

We had a signed contract and he did not fulfill it. It is December "09 and I am still trying to finish my kitchen.

He is unreliable, unethical, dishonest and not a person I would wish on any one to complete a job.
