Bill McFarland A dishonest contractor incapable of doing the job he says is his profession

Hired to remodel a bathroom and 'talked' like he knew what he was doing.
Didn't fulfill the contract HE wrote, as well as not buying any products needed for the job, as per contract, so it went way over budget and I still had to buy the toilet, lights, paint, etc.
Was hardly ever onsite, or would stay 5 minutes with a quick errand where he never would come back.
The people he brought in for tiling and electrical did a great job but there was also talk of not getting their money from him, and then he didn't finish the job itself.
