The home center of jackson mississippi sold me a 2001 16x80 with poor/horrible structure problems. From the start the front door would not close, and the day the water was turned on all hell (the pipes) broke lose. They did fix the supply lines but thats all. The water caused damage to the front bedroom wall. It took me 8 months to get it replaced and then it was the wrong color!

To fix the front door they releveled the door and filled the 2 inch gap with silicon, they love that stuff! The floors which i was told were plywood have began to sag and sqeak. We told me they can't fix that? Now!!! The walls (exterior) have began to seperate from the house causing a half inch gap, I MEAN I CAN SEE OUTSIDE THOUGH THE GAP, front and back. Belmont has refused to do anything or return my calls.

I have abandoned my home because it's like living outside with the bugs. I'm not going to pay 20yr on something that won't last 3yr. I'd rather ruin my credit for 7yr and be done! If you have the same problems you have the right to (REVOKE THE ACCEPTANCE) OF THE HOME WITHIN 1 ONE YR. That is a law in several states that means you refuse in accept the home because it is not what you bought. I found out to late
