Bob Post (manager) lies/gives bad references if you move that are lies

Bob Post (manager) gave a negative rental reference on me when I went to move out of Parkridge that was a total lie. He said I had been in violation of my lease when I had not. And he lied and said he had gave me notification of the violation when he had not. He also will refrain from giving tenants information to help them get their deposit back when they go to move out. I wrote the owner of the complex complaining about him and the owner never contacted me back.
