Breach of contract

I successfully sued Matt Janes for breach of contract in Washington. I was able to collect on his contractor's bond, which was quickly exhausted leaving many other homeowners and subcontractors uncompensated. Janes neglected to install key structural supports, and he carelessly damaged my windows and hardwood flooring.
It's understandable why he chose Oklahoma, where he can operate without a contractor's license.
